A gentle highlight of our New Wellness Year launch

Thank you to everyone who joined our first session of the New Wellness Year. It was a beautiful, honest, and energising start — full of reflection, learning, and shared intention.

Here are the key highlights from our time together:

A Fresh Start: The Wellness Year

We introduced the idea of beginning a Wellness Year in April, a softer and more natural reset point. Instead of pressure or perfection, we’re choosing consistency, clarity, and gentle daily habits.

This quarter is built on two pillars:

  • Glow – supporting digestion, hydration, nourishment, and calm
  • Energy – building vitality through movement, mindset, and simple routines

Glow: Feeling Good From the Inside Out

We explored what Glow truly means — not just skin, but lightness, clarity, radiance, and calm that come from within.

We touched on:

  • supporting digestion
  • drinking more water
  • adding colour to the plate
  • creating small moments of calm
  • using Aloe as a simple daily anchor

Real Reflections From the Community

Several attendees shared openly, and it made the session richer:

The 30-Day Glow & Energy Reset

We introduced a simple 30-day journey using the Aloe Vera Gel as a foundation, with weekly focuses on hydration, nourishment, movement, and mindset. Different flavours of the drinks were shared and they can be ordered directly from my website or on the phone.

Expected benefits include:

  • better digestion
  • clearer skin
  • more stable energy
  • reduced bloating
  • improved mood
  • a renewed sense of routine

A WhatsApp group will support those who choose to join the 30 day challenge.

Hydration, Sleep & Daily Habits

We touched on the importance of:

  • understanding how sleep, digestion, and skin are connected
  • building movement into daily life (even simple stair routines)
